MANUFACTURING

The WHO GMP & ISO 9001;2008 certified plant is spread over a floor area of more than 125000 sq ft and is equipped with modern high-speed machines having large capacity to effectively meet large quantity challenges. It has three separate blocks, one each dedicated to manufacture Non Beta, Cephalosporin and Penicillin products. It manufactures a wide variety of dosage forms to include Tablets, Capsules, Liquids, Dry Syrups, Eye Ear drops, Creams, Ointments & Gels, Liquid Injections in vials & ampoules, Dry Powder Injections, Lyophillized Injections, Pre filled syringes and others.

While the different production departments are headed by highly qualified and experienced professionals, the work force of more than 650 at different levels is highly skilled as well as semi skilled which is apt at handling their day to day production work efficiently.
