- Job Description:
Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research;
generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables,
pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing
strategies. - Tracking monthly sales progression of assigned territories and creating monthly P&L
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product
sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. - Providing medico marketing support for the team and co-ordinate with the team for sale
enhancement. - Developing innovating strategies for brand building and enhancing sales in assigned
geographies. - Determines customer’s needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain
market information. - Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor’s;
products. - Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing
communication objectives - Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and
evaluating sales call results. - Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and
product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing
time schedules with engineering and manufacturing. - Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales,
advertising, and production. - Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production
and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.

Job Duties:

Role- Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary –
- Manage the condition specific Herbal OTC portfolio for all market which include understanding the science, Marketing initiative taken in different market, handle distribution network, Launch new brands, Launch Company in new potential market.
- Sales target & Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
- Selection of team with induction in market
- Team Building and removing obstacles for growth
- Regular follow-up and discussions with team members to achieve targets with implementation of marketing strategy
- Influence market for product launch within the portfolio and field work in market
- Coordinate PMT and medical team for tainting material and Product Campaign.
- Participate and support common team activity as well as team managed activity.
Qualification and Experience-
Minimum Graduate Candidate who is having experience of more than 5-6 years as a regional sales manager (Team handling experience is must) in herbal OTC market.in same domain. (Knowledge of OTC and Herbal Product should be there)
Company like- Candidate from Himalaya herbal, P&G OTC, Patanjali Herbals, Reckitt Benckiser OTC division, are preferable)
